Centennial College, Canada. César Balbuena has joined Centennial College, Toronto, as associate director, global recruitment. With 20 years of experience in the Ontario public college international education sector,  César has held leadership roles at St. Lawrence College and Georgian College, building expertise in Ethical International Student Recruitment, Admissions and Enrollment Management, International Student Support Services, Agent Management and Relations, Global Business Development, and Institutional Partnerships and Student Mobility. Working across 40 countries, César has built a diverse global network, and is multilingual in English, French, Portuguese and Spanish. Upon starting his new role, César said, “It’s a privilege to be part of Ontario’s first college and one of Canada’s most diverse and forward-thinking post-secondary institutions.
