RMIT University, Australia. Professor Catherine Itsiopoulos has been appointed RMIT’s deputy vice-chancellor STEM College and vice-president. Catherine has been acting in an interim capacity in this role since November 2024. During this time, she has led the team with care and compassion, continued investment in research and infrastructure and built deeper STEM engagement across Indonesia, India, Vietnam and Europe. Catherine is an academic in nutrition and dietetics and has been with RMIT for nearly five years.
