Navitas at UMass Lowell, US. With over 14 years of experience in international recruitment, enrolment management, immigration and pathway programming, Carol joins the Navitas programme at UMass Lowell as Executive Director. She brings with her a wealth of experience in the international education environment. In her former position as Director of International Recruitment and Adjunct Faculty with Alma College in Michigan, she led the campus’ international recruitment strategy. In her new role as Executive Director, Carol will oversee the pathway programme for international students, strengthening the interculturalization of the UMass Lowell campus.
