University of Calgary, Canada. Bree Carney has started a new role as manager of international student recruitment at the University of Calgary. Bree’s rewarding career in the international education sector, of which she’s entering her 13th year, has granted her the opportunity to provide immigration and transition advising support to international students, foreign academics, foreign senior leaders, and a plethora of foreign visitors. She has also had the privilege of leading, teaching and mentoring new and seasoned international education professionals, most notably through her involvement in the International Students and Immigration Education Program (ISIEP) with the CBIE.
