InitialView, US. Ashley has joined the InitialView team as the Head of Institutional Relations, after receiving her Ed.M., with a focus on higher education from the Harvard Graduate School of Education. Before studying there, Ashley headed up the international admissions for four years in the undergraduate admission office at Georgia Tech. After using InitialView interviews herself as an admission officer, she is excited to join InitialView as it seeks to increase transparency and improve soft skills evaluation in international admissions.
