Globeducate, Global. Antonia Giovanazzi joined Globeducate in July 2020 as Executive Principal of ICS Milan. Her vision and mission are to grow the school and make it the first choice for families in Milan looking for a topflight IB education. In her previous role as Principal at specialist STEM international 6^thForm College The National Mathematics and Science College in London, she oversaw a 50% increase in student offers at Oxbridge and Ivy League universities over three years. Antonia brings more than 30 years of teaching and leadership experience in a wide range of sectors. She was Founding Vice Principal and Head of Secondary of a premium British international school in Dubai as well as Head of Faculty and Head of Teaching and Learning at Beaconsfield High School in the UK, and Head of Faculty at The Henley College, UK. A graduate of Edinburgh University, she subsequently completed her PGCE at St Andrew’s College of Education. Antonia has taught students and trained teachers from more than 56 different countries. As well as championing STEAM education, Antonia is an advocate for the Arts and has a keen interest in music.
