Nazarbayev University, Kazakhstan. Anna CohenMiller has been appointed to a new role as associate professor at Nazarbayev University Graduate School of Education (NU GSE) after having worked within NU GSE as an assistant professor since 2015. Anna specialises in equity and inclusion in higher education. She leads, guides, and mentors early career researchers to become top exemplars of the University and the country and to become socially, economically and environmentally just researchers and educators. Her recent research has focused on issues of gender in higher education and the workplace and on improving teaching and learning in PreK – higher education contexts. Anna is also co-founding director of The Consortium of Gender Scholars, founder of The Motherscholar Project, and editor-in-chief of Dialogue: The Interdisciplinary Journal of Popular Culture and Pedagogy.
