Monash University, Australia. Andrew Norton has started a new position as professor of Higher Education Policy in the Monash Business School at Monash University. He has worked in higher education policy since the late 1990s. Initially Andrew worked in advisory roles, including to a government minister and vice-chancellors. He then became higher education program director at the Grattan Institute (a public policy think-tank), before becoming professor in the Practice of Higher Education Policy at the Australian National University. Andrew said: “With 2025 set to be another big year in higher education policy I am happy to be continuing my policy analysis at Monash”.
