With over a decade of experience in international education, government relations and policy development, Andrew is a collaborative leader with a strong global network and a proven track record of uniting diverse partners around shared goals. After stints with Global Affairs Canada and the University of British Columbia, he most recently served as director, programs & partnerships at Colleges and Institutes Canada where, among other projects, he led the implementation of Global Skills Opportunity, Canada’s first national outbound student mobility program in collaboration with Universities Canada.
