Quality English held their first ever event in Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam and their third ever event in Taipei in February.  There were 19 educators from the UK, USA, Ireland, Malta and New Zealand and 32 agencies in HCMC and Taipei for both missions.  Quality English is an association of independent English language schools in English speaking countries.
