The 11th annual Student Accommodation event, organised by Property Week, returns to its home in London for 2018, taking place 12 December at the InterContinental London – The O2.

Student Accommodation is the UK’s premier student housing event that combines an industry leading conference and evening awards, and brings together more than 700 university developers, operators, investors and agents for unrivalled networking and business opportunities.

Agenda themes will explore key issues across the UK and overseas, from planning, investment and development, to innovation and affordability.  Leading practitioners and experts in the field will also analyse student wellbeing, the role of pastoral care and overall student experience.

The conference will be complemented by the exhibition hall showcasing the latest technology and leading suppliers,  and followed by the highly anticipated awards, celebrating excellence in the industry with even more opportunities to networking.

Following the well-received 10th anniversary event in Birmingham last year, Student Accommodation will return to its home in London.

Student Accommodation is organised by Property Week, the leading magazine in the commercial and residential property market for over 20 years.

The one-day event offers a high-level conference with inspirational speakers and exhibition hall with leading suppliers and the latest technology.  This will be followed by the gala dinner and awards during the evening, shining a spotlight on the sectors leading innovators and trailblazers, and celebrating the successes of the past year.

The awards are judged by a select group of expert industry representatives and this year the awards will feature two new categories due to popular demand, Collaboration of the Year and Agency Team of the Year.
