For the first time the Australia New Zealand Agent (ANZA) Workshop will be held in Cairns. Watch the 2 minute overview video on Cairns and The Cairns Convention Centre here. Each year ANZA attracts hundreds of educators, work & travel organisations, industry service providers, and international agents (buyers) who send many thousands of students and youth travellers to the region annually.

Both Australia and New Zealand offer world-class education, travel and lifestyle opportunities at competitive price points, making them highly attractive destinations for students and youth travellers from across the globe.

The ANZA Workshop is the most efficient and cost-effective way to personally meet a large number of high-quality agents committed to sending students and youth travellers to Australia and New Zealand.

In 2016, the ANZA Workshop hosted 419 participants from 290 organisations in 47 countries. Educators, work & travel organisations, and service providers conducted over 3 600 pre-scheduled business meetings with 170 top quality agents from 43 countries, including 41 QEAC agents, 8 English Australia partner agencies, 12 Education New Zealand Recognised Agents (ENZRA), and 29 ICEF Trained Agent Counsellors (ITACs).

ICEF takes agent quality very seriously. Consequently, all agents at the ANZA Workshop will have passed ICEF’s comprehensive selection and screening process. Additionally, each agency will have proven an active interest in Australian and New Zealand destinations.

The ANZA Workshop offers many professional development opportunities for participants, including seminars on international education trends, insights into key markets, current visa issues and guidance on building successful relationships with agents.
