International students are able to travel to Latvia, the country's government has announced, although a number of travel restrictions are still in place.
Numbers of international students admitted to higher education institutions in Latvia fell to 2,017 in 2020 from 2,651 the previous year, statistics have shown.

Successful private Russian language teaching organisation, Liden & Denz Language Centre, is to open its third language centre, this time in Riga, Latvia; an EU member state. The school will be run in cooperation with another EAQUALS member and benefit from easy access throughout Europe.
