After more than 20 years, the Rotary Club of Oxford Fun Run is now part of the calendar for English Language Schools, and around 400 runners, walkers and rollers attended this year’s run on 9 May. Dermot Twomey of the Centre for English Studies travelled from Dublin to defend his title as the fastest runner, while Sami Muillard from BEET school won the leading international student trophy, sponsored by The PIE. Meanwhile, English in Chester won the trophy sponsored by The English Network, and the Quality English Trophy went to Wimbledon School of English Team 4.
