Representatives from some of the world’s leading educational businesses, regulators and school groups gathered in Dubai from 23-25 September for IPSEF Middle East conference at Dubai’s Knowledge Village Conference Centre. Delegates shared their experiences of launching and expanding private and international schools in home territories or overseas, before visiting local schools after the conference. The rapid growth of the private school sector in the region, including Dubai’s KHDA plan for 90,000 additional international school places over the next five years, was a particularly hot topic.
