The penultimate night of EAIE 2014 saw delegates donning their masks and dancing tirelessly until the early hours in the prestigious Žofín Palace, located on Slavonic Island. With a rich history dating back to 1835, the palace was the perfect location for delegates to muse the week’s events over a three-course dinner before hitting the dancefloor and wandering the spectacular palace grounds. The following day everyone gathered to hear a performance by the EAIE choir, speeches from from Laura Howard and Hans-Georg van Liempd, followed by Sebastian Terry’s inspiring closing speech urging people to act now on their goals and to help facilitate the goals of others.
