The seventh ICEF’s ANZA workshop took place last week in Sydney, with 156 agencies in attendance from 50 countries and 93 educational institutions from across Australia and New Zealand. There was also 86% growth in work and travel organisations present. Rod Hearps Vice President of ICEF told The PIE News: “We took the event back to Sydney where it first started. We have vastly improved the quality of the agents year on year to the event and as a result of that the providers were very happy.” At the advisory board meeting Director of English Australia Sue Blundell noted that this year’s event “had matured” and was very successful.
