The fifth annual British Columbia Council for International Education (BCCIE) summer seminar in Vancouver brought together 300 delegates across five sectors of education over three days. More than half of attendees were first timers to the event marking the province’s growing profile as a study destination. Leaders in the province were also celebrated through the BCCIE International Education awards. The event’s seminars and plenary sessions focused on expanding pathways, increasing relationships with China and India and increasing access for all socio-economic backgrounds.
