Our agents, members of WEBA, are coming from over 25 different countries but we will focus more in agents coming from Russia.

Appointment System:

• All registered participant will receive a login and password to schedule the meeting with the agents.
• The login info will be sent to you by e-mail.
• The e-scheduling system will be open 2-3 weeks before the event starts and you will be able to request and confirm appointments with all participants.
• Also the profile and contact details of each participant will be available for you online.
• You have the option to ask WEBA to pre-schedule the meeting.

Agents from Russia and institutions from all over the world will attend to each annual WEBA Agents Workshops!

The agents from Russia are member aswell from AREA (Association of Russia Education Advisor), www.studyarea.ru (WEBA is a AREA Member)

The annual WEBA Agent Fair will give you the possibility to meet selected agents from Russia.

At every WEBA Agent Fair you will have the opportunity to make between 25-30 minutes “One to One ” appointment in 20 minutes time-slots.

This Conference has proved itself by far the most cost-effective way of promotion as establishing working relationships with agents.
