In 2014, it hosted 2,300 booths for 640 exhibitors, more than 80 days of fairs, in 42 cities across 15 countries on 4 continents.

The student market numbers in Southeast Asia are baffling on their own, not to mention the many government initiatives that continue to encourage student mobility. In 2011, there were more than 100,000 Vietnamese students studying abroad and Malaysia was a close second with just under 80,000 reported in 2010. Indonesia is the fourth most populous nation on the planet with international education high on this list of its government’s agenda and committed organizations such as Thailand’s TIECA (Thai International Education Consultants Association) have helped over 300,000 Thai students study abroad over the past two decades. Even demand among local families for international schools in the region has outpaced supply for some time now which is yet another indicator of the continued robust growth of Southeast Asian student numbers abroad.
